I'm an experienced coach and facilitator who specializes in Relational Leadership and designs transformative experiences for leaders and teams to thrive! I encourage authenticity, creativity, and connection while supporting others in leveraging their unique gifts, revealing their blind spots, amplifying inspiring voices, clarifying bolder visions, and boosting individual and collective impact. With a pharmaceutical leadership background and advanced coaching certifications, I partner with executives, entrepreneurs, individuals, and teams to promote sustainable transformation through self-discovery, relational and emotional awareness, and high-performance teaming to propel their businesses and missions forward. Along with one-on-one coaching, I enjoy guiding individuals and groups, through powerful in-person learning experiences, including options for nature and equine sessions. Relational Leadership is...
leading, so that others want to follow, with consistency and dependability from a grounded place of maturity, authenticity, and connection. This involves leading with both structure and kindness and developing emotional and relational awareness and capabilities on the level required for authentic, inspiring, confident, courageous, and powerful leadership and teaming. True emotional and relational awareness grows from getting out of your head, connecting with your whole being (physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually), returning to the core of who you are and who you are becoming, and aligning your thinking, feeling, and acting with your intellect, emotions, instincts, and intuition.
